Our Mission at Evolve SLP Therapy is twofold…

To empower patients, families, and caregivers in maximizing functional feeding, swallowing and communication skills. We are available to work 1:1 in person with infants and toddlers throughout Upper Westchester and Putnam Counties, coming directly to your home, and via telehealth, throughout New York State and Connecticut.

To share our knowledge by partnering and providing mentorship to speech language pathologists in facilities and private practices to enhance their core competencies when working with pediatric clients.

Referrals can be initiated by either families directly or by healthcare providers.
